We are the exclusive license-holder for NewspaperDirect Chiang Mai, our objective is to print and distribute international newspapers for hotels, bars, restaurants, private homes, supermarkets, etc. in the area. The exclusive territorial license covers the province of Chiang Mai and has an option on Chiang Rai. The license is fully paid and has no limit on free renewals. The business is currently fully functioning.
We sell the license including all technical and office equipment and in-depth-training as well. This is a very good cash turn over business with low running costs and a very well prepared market with a huge customer base.  Included is the very attractive take over of the existing, underlying business: Siam No Limit Co., Ltd., which is holding the printing license, and has a spotless auditing and tax record history. The company contains 24 business objectives, including travel and tours, which nowadays, if you start a new company, are not all included anymore. The company can be used to obtain a work permit for a foreigner working in this company.
  - Print Season all year round , peaks15 October to 15 April and 1 July to 31 August
- Office Rent per month: 6500 THB  (office can be moved to a homeoffice)
- Salary 1 delivery boy: 8.000 THB per month
- Printer rent 10.000 THB per month
